After using the T3 SinglePass Curl X for the first time, I was immediately impressed by how quickly and effortlessly it curled my long hair. It felt incredibly luxurious in my hands, and even on a medium heat setting, it was gentle on my chemically treated hair. My curls formed in about 10 seconds, making styling surprisingly fast.
The only thing that had me scratching my head was figuring out how to turn it on. I actually had to Google it! Unlike most curling irons, there isn’t a traditional power button or switch. Instead, the controls are built into the rotating dial at the bottom of the handle near the power cord. Turn the dial a few clicks to power it on and choose your heat setting—the LED lights show both the power and temperature. To turn it off, simply press and hold the dial for a few seconds. Once I figured that out, it couldn’t have been easier.
